Groups of 7 or less riders
- More than 24 hours from time of tour
- NO FEE to reschedule or change rider numbers
- Cancellation Fee 4%
- Less than 24 hours Up until 8 am the day of tour– No refunds
- Cancellation Fee 50%, balance credited to your account
- After 8am the day of tour including No Shows – No refunds
- Cancellation Fee 100%

Rain Policy
We operate Rain or Shine and will only delay or cancel your ride when there are severe weather warnings.
If it is forecasting rain in our location, the day and time of your ride, same day rescheduling is permitted up to 2 hours before your ride start time. No refunds
HorsePlay Niagara will only cancel the ride in the event of Severe Weather Warnings including Lightning, High Winds, and Excessive Ice.
