Why can’t we mount the horses for a photoshoot? For safety and insurance reasons, anyone who mounts a horse is required to wear a helmet with no exceptions. While we understand helmets may not match the aesthetic of a photoshoot, this policy is in place to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being. 

Why are we not able to do the photoshoot at the beach? There are a few reasons why we’re unable to offer beach photoshoots. For regulatory requirements, our horses must remain on designated riding paths, which are shared with our regular trail rides. In addition, horses on the beach are required to wear collection bags, which may not suit the look of a photoshoot.

The beach is also approximately a 90-minute ride round trip, which would significantly increase the time and cost of the experience. For these reasons, we’re unable to offer beach-based sessions at this time.

Can we book on of your Private Rides and do a photoshoot? During our trail rides, there is approximately 5–10 minutes set aside for photos while the group is stopped. For safety reasons, all riders must continue wearing their helmets, and horses will still be wearing their collection bags during this time.

Our dedicated photoshoot packages are a bit different. They include horses that are freshly bathed and groomed, along with special tack to ensure the best possible look for your photos. This level of preparation isn’t possible during regular trail rides, which is why the experiences are priced and offered separately.
